Wendy Maragh Taylor currently serves in the role of Associate Dean of the College for Student Growth and Engagement at Vassar College. She is responsible for the First Year Experience (FYE) and the college’s affinity resource centers. Through this position, Wendy works to create an integrated living and learning liberal arts experience, by designing and implementing the overall strategy for student engagement beginning with first year students and cultivating an environment for all students at the college to thrive. At Vassar, she was previously the Director of the Campus Life ALANA Center and Co-chair of the Engaged Pluralism Initiative (EPI). 

Wendy has served in other roles as a licensed clinician in a college counseling center, the District Coordinator for Diversity Teaching and a school social worker in public schools, and a teacher and group leader in a community based organization. Wendy is also an instructor -- teaching in Education, Social Work, Psychology and Anthropology at Marist College, Adelphi University, Dutchess Community College and Vassar College, respectively.

Wendy earned her Bachelor's from Brown University and her Masters from New York University.
