Jeffrey Cepull is the Vice President for Information Resources at Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University), a position that he held since July 2017. Prior to joining Jefferson as a result of the university merger, he served as the Vice President and CIO of Philadelphia University, leading a team of IT professionals that guided the modernization and transformation of the information resources environment at the university, including an emphasis on data analytics, performance metrics, data-driven decision-making, retention initiatives, and the development of active learning spaces. Jeff has served on several EDUCAUSE groups and committees, and as a faculty member in the New IT Managers program (2011-14) and the EDUCAUSE Leadership Institute (2014-17). He holds a B.S. from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and has completed the post-graduate certificate program at the Harvard University School of Education's Institute for Higher Educational Management.
